Second time to Southampton this year after a break on Regal Princess in August so we knew the port protocol for Covid testing. No issue for us as the people were all friendly and very helpful. then off the ship, unload and have our car taken for parking, again all quick and painless for us. Checking in was easier than Regal where the medallion app appeared to fail on a regular basis.

Lovely greeting as we entered the ship and again all friendly crew. Off to our room which was allocated to us due to the protocols, that said we were allocated C704 which is either deck 10 or Caribe. This location was absolutely fantastic for us, as we only had a short walk to the lifts which took us to any level that we needed. Up to 16 and the Lido and Buffet or down to 7 which allows you to walk the length of the ship but inside.

Stateroom was clean, tidy and in good order, our attendant was available when needed and very quick to make up room on demand. Balcony was fine with great views as we passed locations or docked.
