Our cruise was disappointing. The Queen of the West is an old boat and is poorly maintained. Light bulbs are missing. Furniture is worn. The tours were really poor. The trip is advertised as tracing the course of Lewis and Clark, and there were two talks about Lewis and Clark--one at the beginning and one on the last day. There was no mention of them during the intervening days, and the tours to sites were basically bus trips to the sites with instructions on arrival where one might find the restrooms or gift shop. The boat was understaffed, and meals generally took 30 to 40 minutes to be served from the time they were ordered. Others who have taken this trip have told me of naturalists and historians lecturing along the way and on land tours. We had none of that. Service was slow. It took 2 days for me to get someone to fix the TV in our room. Then, the DVD player was not working so we could not watch DVD's we had brought along. Overall, this was not worth the price.
It departs from Clarkston, WA, but that is not listed.
Dirty, fingerprints on the ceiling, debris left on the carpet from previous occupant, grimy furniture on the balcony.
