Originally booked 3 years ago we stuck with Emerald and finally went on the holiday last week. Beautiful ship, very modern and clean. Lovely professional and attentive staff. Great pool, food and service in general. How the team coped with all the COVID PCR tests and completing online locator forms I don't know but they were so helpful with this extra aspect. We enjoyed all the places we visited and the bus tours - the walking tours were not really to our interest. Loved the concert in Vienna and the evening entertainments - the team worked hard to provide a varied programme for all ages. We had a cabin upgade which was a very nice surprise - we were happy with our cabin but found it could be noisy as the gangplank was right above our balcony on several occasions and the night/early morning dockings weren't exactly quiet.

My only comment would be the breakfasts finished far too early for us - being busy professionals, on holiday we want to take our time the 10am finish was too rushed for us.

Having to check out at 8.30 am on the last day when we didn't fly until 9.30pm made for a very long day - not quite sure why we had to be at the airport 6 hours early - this was unnecessary and somewhat made our last day a waste of time - finding earlier flights would have been helpful.
