This is my second MSC Cruise and my first one not being in the Yacht Club. I received a time to arrive at the port of 13:00 and 2 days before the cruise it was changed to 14:00. I hung out at the airport to avoid having to wait outside the terminal for 1 hour in the Orlando heat. I arrived at the terminal at 14:00, there were not a lot of people in security. Once you go thru security, you have to present your COVID Test and Vaccination records before you can check-in. When I went to get in the check-in line it was as long as a line at Disney World. They were having system issues and it took 2 hrs to get checked in. They had different sections set up in the terminal but they did not use this system and everyone was sent to 1 line.

I went to my cabin and the room did not have any soap in the dispenser to wash my hands and they did not have any face towels in the bathroom. My cabin attendant never came to the room and introduced himself. I always had to find him. They did not do turndown service at night. They just knocked on the door in the afternoon and handed me the itinerary for the next day. The bath towels all had brown stains on them. I was in a Bella Experience Balcony room which is kind of small for a balcony room and it only had a stool under the desk for sitting, so I had to bring in a chair from the balcony to sit on.

The muster drill was done by turning your TV on a channel and then dialing an extension to confirm you watched it. That would have been great except for the fact they made everyone go to their muster station after that to have their sea pass card scanned. Which had a bunch of people together, which is what they were trying to avoid (i thought).
