Wow, the check in process is soooo much better now! Well done!

This was our second time on the Pride and 12th Carnival cruise, this was the first cruise back for the Pride since the Covid Pandemic. The food and service were sub par compared to prior to the pandemic. It did improve day by day. Wearing a mask was not fun but made it work. The ship and destinations were still top notch although the Pride is showing her age and lacking maintenance. I was surprised that after 18 months of sitting there was rust everywhere you could see paint on the exterior of the ship. Hopefully the dining service and food quality improves over time. The cabin was only clean and made up once a day with no turndown service in the evening. In the past the crew always asked if something was needed, this time we always had to ask for something we needed.

Watch your account closely as we had a double charge for gratuity and a few drink we did not order, customer service corrected the problem.

Cabin Review

Interior with French Door (obstructed views)

Our cabin had an obstructed view yet offered the large size of a balcony room at a lower price. We could see water from our window
