I'm gonna bullet point this

*Sheila Dimaan at guest services was awful, argued about fixing an issue rather than fixing the issue. Got so bad we wanted off the boat, boy were they quick to try to make that happen, btw the issue was fixing my room key card and the contact tracing bracelets (kind of important). Were told they couldn't help until after muster was all cleared, meanwhile we watched as no less than 3 people were helped at guest services, one with booking shows.. I was on the phone trying to get a secure a refund and was being told to get off the boat now..it wasn't even 630, boat leaves at 7. Tried to make me sign a paper forfeiting any recourse. I think the effort should have been resolving the issue rather than getting us off the boat..we weren't wrong..almost forgot at one point Sheila said she needed to attend to other guests, we said please do and she snapped back with...in the most sarcastic tone you can think of, "oh caaaan I"... I almost lost my s$!t.

*food was sad and depressing (I am allergic to onions, did a create your own omelet wbacon, cheese and bell peppers, yup full of onions) tasteless bland everything, with the exception of the scallop ceviche and shrimp. Fish was awful, tasted like fish out of a pond, paid for a steak on the last night, was so bland I had to drown it in butter. Sidenote, why the heck was there melted butter served with a steak???
