We chose the with the help of our Travel Agent. We have cruised Celebrity before and this appeared to be a good cruise with destinations we would enjoy. Besides, after 17 months of no cruising, we probably would have gone just about anywhere.

It was a very relaxing cruise on a beautiful and well-maintained ship. The Edge uses a new/old hull design and provided very smooth sailing. From what Captain Kate said, it’s also more fuel efficient. We like that, too.

Being in an Aqua Class cabin, we ate breakfast and dinner at Blu. Blu is the restaurant that is available to Aqua Class cabins only. The service and food were excellent. Although the food tends to be healthy, I managed to find soups and entrees that were excellent. Breakfast had some very good options, from bacon and eggs, to omelets, frittata (the asparagus frittata was wonderful), to yogurt with real fruit, fruit platters, etc. Would we do it again, absolutely!
