After 5 bookings and cancellations on Azamara we booked this cruise out of desperation and frustration! NOT A DISAPPOINTMENT at all. From the embarkation to disembarkation with everything in between , service was top notch! We had a Sky Suite(9183) and were blessed with Natalia (Butler/Host) and Alexander (Steward) and were spoiled from the first minute.

I would encourage future guest to explore the ship and embrace the differences that make the Apex stand out from other ship. Decks 3,4,5 and the resort deck are where you will spend most of your time. We were fortunate to have access to the Retreat sundeck and lounge as well as Luminae. Food and service were impeccable. We also enjoyed the Martini Bar, Craft Social and Eden. A nice touch was they remember your name!

The walking track was a pleasant change of pace since it is not a normal oval and it covers 2 decks with a change of grade and figure 8's.

Cabin Review

Love the cabin and space. Adequate storage and perfect layout. The bathroom exceeded our expectations. Never crowded with the two of us. If you have a CPAP you may need an extension cord, depending on the side of the bed you choose.
