Cabin: Concierge Class 2

Celebrity and especially the Summit were amazingly happy to see us come on board; members of the team were cheering, clapping and yelling "welcome back" as we stepped onboard. And, that level of enthusiasm and service continued throughout the cruise. From the cleaner to the captain, all expressed appreciation for setting sail again.

There were only 410 guests aboard a ship that can handle 2,200, so the level of attention and service were heightened. We got the impression that this level of appreciation would last a long time--the crew got the message during a long year and a half wait that every guest and every cruise should be made truly special.

As suite class passengers we received remarkable attention and service. A whole host of concierges were on hand to make sure we were happy and had everything we need. Additionally, the Luminae restaurant for suite class was in top form--truly delicious meals (the best filet ever!) and the service was over the top.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Spacious, clean, great bathroom and balcony

The tub/shower in the suite class cabin was a high step to get into and out of; there is also a sort of sharp counter edge that I scraped my knee on and the tub itself is a bit slippery, especially with the high step out.

Port Reviews

Barbados

Barbados in not really attractive for a Caribbean Island--flat, industrial and agricultural. Skip it and go on an excursion to a more attractive island such as Curacao

St. Maarten

Interesting. The Dutch side is nicer. Bus driver was very good: Informative and funny.
