This Cruise ship's crew have went above and beyond in almost everything. When boarding the ship out of Miami, you would be welcomed onboard by some of the crew members. Upon departure the muster station drill was quick but still very deep into safety procedures. The cabin was very nice and spacious as we had a Mini-Suite with Balcony. One thing to note is if you have kids or a third or fourth person sleeping in the room is, the bunk bed and couch will not be made until 6-7 PM.The food onboard was excellent, I highly recommend the restaurants Food Republic and La Cucina. The water slides are very fun however, recently Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) made it so only one person could go at a time on the Aqua Racer do to safety concerns. The ropes course is very fun and parts are a bit challenging including a 15 foot long by 3 inch wide beam at the very start. Note there is no alternative paths but the beam. If you have young kids Splash Academy is a very good place to bring them if you want to go to a show or dinner. Kids will have the option to check themselves out (If the parent or guardian permits it). This will be set by the parent at the start of the cruise. Children up till 12 years of age MUST wear a wristband provided by Splash Academy for the duration of the cruise. Overall this experience was a very good experience

Getting a seat by the pool is very hard. I would get off very early if you want a seat!
