We chose this ship specifically because it went to Half Moon Cay, had the ''Movies under the Stars'' and had Guys Burgers. We booked through my Carnival Rep who is awesome! This was my 13th cruise and my husbands first. We are low key people who don't drink and party much so didn't go there for that. We opted for Faster to the Fun and enjoyed all the perks including direct access to our room. Quick boarding an deboarding, priority acces onto islands ect. We picked an interior cabin and it was cozy and perfect for sleeping. We picked First Seating dining and at first were given a group table setting which I usually enjoy but for our Honeymoon we wanted to be alone. The Maitre D was able to arrange this and we got a great table by the window. The food in the dining room was great and we ate there for dinner everynight but one. We had breakfast at the Lido Buffet and Lunch and one dinner at the variety of options available (Guys burger, the wrap station and Guys Pig and Achor being our favourites). We spent a lot of time in the Aft pool which was quieter then the Lido pool. We watched the Movies under the Stars every night which was both our favourite thing to do and went to see a couple shows which were good. We relaxed and unwinded and that's exactly what we wanted. Our favourite and only drink choice were the Kiss on the Lips which are delicious. We loved Half Moon Cay and stayed in the water for quite some time. Grand Turk was dissapointing. I had been 5 years ago and loved the crystal blue water and beach but this time the beach was littered with beer bottle caps and the beach wasnt safe to walk on.. Really sad to see. We didnt get off in the Dominican and hung out on the ship. Debarkation was smooth and we were at the airport in plenty of time. Overall it was a amazing honeymoona and first cruise for my husband and we can't wait to go again one day and still talk about how relaxed we were often.
