We arrived at the port early because we were uncertain of delays along the way do to driving approximately 3 hours to get to Ft Lauderdale. We had no issues finding a space in the parking garage adjacent to the terminal. We decided to drop off our luggage and then park which was a brilliant idea. It was an easy walk, very convenient from the parking garage despite the cost. When inside the terminal everything was clean, orderly and not much of a line. They were using a temperature gauge on all passengers and also manually checking all passports. They were on it and had several lanes open. It was a very thorough and organized process and despite there were no lines. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. They were open to ask questions at the same time used their time effectively. While waiting to go onboard they did announcements that were clear and concise. The seating/waiting area was very clean and comfortable. There was also a charging station for phones, clean restrooms etc. The boarding process: There were announcements which were clear and concise. They called Concierge Class to board first. The second group by Captain's Club status. Zenith, Elite Plus etc. We were onboard in no time at all. Greeted at the door with a wonderful glass of Sparkling Rose. Love it! Again I can not thank and praise this staff enough for being positive, friendly, thorough during these uncertain times.
Staterooms: Well enough space/storage. Clean. Stateroom attendants on it.
Staff: Captain's Club Hostess Amy did a fantastic job
