First off, the Casino and Schooner Bar staff were amazing. Food was okay...MDR staff were great. Cabin stewards, not so great. Couldn't get simple things like ice.

I am a Diamond member on RCI and this will be my last cruise with them. The port terminal was overwhelmed, our balcony room was too small and we spent hours (over two days) trying to get moved to another room. We were told several different stories about room availability. We were told that everyone checked in for the cruise. However, the key cards were still in the door for a room near our other family members...on day TWO. Clearly, everyone did not show up.

On Friday morning there was a medical emergency - apparently the captain pulled the stabilizers and kicked it into high gear so we could return to port early. First time ever I got seasick on a ship. No information was provided regarding the medical emergency. Three days after returning to port I got very ill. Flu/Covid-19 symptoms, but of course no "reason to believe it could be the virus" and with extremely limited testing available in the states I suffered through the illness at home. I am wondering if anyone else became ill after this cruise.
