We chose Holland America because of th itineraries. We have sailed with HAL 7 times over 10 plus years. And I want people to know our experience.
Firstly, we had planned this cruise for our 42nd Anniversary. My wife is vegan and I am vegetarian. We planned the cruise for over 2 years, actually as soon as the 2020 itineraries came out. I had constantly been in contact with ship services in regard to my wife's dietary needs. We were assured on numerous occasions had there would be no problems.
This was the first cruise in 5 years with Holland because they have failed each and every time we have sailed. We decided to give it another try because veggie menus are now very main stream , we figured they would have got the vegan thing figured out. It was abysmal.

Quite nice, however I accidently spilt some tea on my sheet on the bed, that didn't get changed for 5 days.
Port Reviews
Half Moon Cay
If you take a 21 day cruise the ship goes to the island twice. Once is enough. Pick another port.
Grand Turk
We went to the beach, which is right next to the beach. Very nice day.
Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)
Went to a resort, it was fantastic. The best excursion by a mile.
Aruba
Most definately the best of th ABC's very nice stop
Martinique
Horrible stop. The locals are not friendly.
Barbados
Very nice, well organised beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Good stop.
St. Kitts (Port Zante)
Walked around the town, enjoyed it. And the monkeys to.
