Booked this cruise 6 months ago. From the get go was a terrible experience. Boarding was chaotic, over 2 hours to board despite having first boarding time of 11.30 am. Itinerary changes supposed to visit 6 islands. Ended up going to 2. No information given from crew. Stuck doing laps around sydney. 11 night cruise turned to 7 sea days. The new gym set up is a joke. Refurbishment.... What refurbishment. The removed the old gym which was excellent and turned johnny rockets into a gym 1 fith of the size. The removed the complimentary sauna and steam rooms and added 70 more cabins which is ridiculous. The ship felt over crowded and cramped in public spaces. Absolutely terrible. Cabins mouldy, old furniture and furnishings. Public spaces old. No refunds given, no complimentary movies etc. Royal Caribbean has really dropped the ball. This was my 4 cruise with them and most certainly my last. Guest relations was absolutely terrible. Food sub par. However service at dining room and windjammer from front of house staff was excellent.
