Looked forward to this cruise as been on Radiance twice before. Easy boarding despite covid-19 issues. Just relaxing before sailing when Captain advised cruise cancelled due to NZ closing ports. Royal Caribbean were great. Really helpful and promised a full refund or 125% credit on cruise cost. Vessel was very clean, lots of people cleaning and wiping down everywhere we went to avoid the dreaded corona virus. It was very disappointing but very well handled by all crew members on board. Will definitely travel again with RC and especially Radiance. The cabin was very clean and tidy but we only had a one night stay. As we couldn't arrange to get home that night we elected to stay on board. The ship however, had to move into Sydney Harbour as the Queen Elizabeth was docking the next morning. We were taken ashore on a chartered harbour cruise ferry cat and it went really smoothly, Lots of help with baggage both getting on the tender and off at the warf. Congratulations to all staff and crew. Will definitely try this cruise again when things settle down.
