However, on many occasions the pools were closed "under maintenance" especially on some sea days when it would have been ideal to enjoy the pool: no explanation was offered as to the issue.

On this cruise of 58 days we were offered two lobster nights and only twice an offering of escargots: we expected a few more evenings with lobsters. We also went for a Chef's Table night and while we clearly requested that sea food should be kept to a minimum because some of our fellow passenger did not like sea food, we were given plenty which I consider unacceptable; I feel we wasted our money as some of our fellow travellers did not enjoy it.
