3 more Vietnamese ports cancelled as docking was refused due to passengers and crew having been on board who had been to Hongkong. Other ships were allowed to dock. A very expensive time at sea with the potential of having been exposed to the novel corona virus. Captain was hiding and left it to guest relations to deal with unhappy customers. NCL refusing to accept responsibility. Have upped offer to 50% of cruise part and 50% of cost towards future cruise. No refund for flights and other costs incurred. Disappointing and shabby treatment of their customers. No sense of duty of care. This was supposed to be a one-off cruise we had booked nearly a year before. We followed news coming out of China and expected the cruise to Hongkong to be cancelled at short notice. It would have been sad but with the refund we could have booked another cruise and would have felt that our well being was of importance. Turns out that NCL are only driven by profits.
