We chose this cruise to celebrate my birthday. We traveled with 3 other coupled. There were quite a few children on board but we didn’t have any with any of us. Unfortunately we had a crew member that got the flu and prevented us to visit 3 of our schedule stops. The crew did a great job keeping the ship clean and sanitized and encouraging everyone to wash your hands often. The captain and his staff did all he could to try to get us off at Cozumel. They finally did get us clearance for a whole day at Cozumel. The crew did all they could to entertain everyone and make the most of everyone’s vacation. The company MSC did a very good job compensating us for disappointing cruise. We were up dated on what was happening and most of the passengers were understanding as it was an unfortunate situation. The ship is beautiful and was very clean. We had a balcony stateroom and our cabin attendant was friendly and did a good job. The food was good and the service was excellent. The entertainment was good but not to everyone’s liking or style. We have done several MSC cruises and won’t let the problems on this cruise keep us from going again.

Cabin Review

Bella Balcony Stateroom

The cabin was nice had good storage space. Like most cruise lines the closet was too close to the bed. Had a larger balcony than the adverse balcony room but the view was partly blocked by the top of life boat. Nice view of the ocean when standing and looking out. We new there was a partly blocked view when we booked the room.
