Princess cancelled our Far East cruise and the same day we were booked on to the Coral Princess going from Buenos Aires to Santiago. South America has always been on the bucket list so off we went. Embarkation was fast and well organised and so was disembarkation. Two ports had tender boats which was well organised.

The ship is a little tired in places but the service from all the crew was excellent, the food at all the restaurants was really good as was the entertainment. First time back on a Princess ship since 2008 and we were very pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

We were very pleased that they have installed hand basins outside the Horizon buffet and crew were very insistent that you had to wash your hands before entering, there were hand sanitizer stations as well and also outside or by all eating areas.
