This was our 4th sailing on MSC and 27th cruise overall. We are very easy going and though there has never been a perfect cruise we have enjoyed all except this one. Don't get me wrong, there were good moments on this cruise and we were sailing with some great friends so managed to enjoy ourselves regardless of the ship.

The ship is beautiful, clean and most of the crew we encountered were friendly but there were some crew that were either rude or just did not know their job. We were constantly given wrong information from one crew member to the next.

Prior to sailing we booked 3 upcharge restaurants. The first day at sea we went to one of the specialty restaurants because we were told that is where we needed to go to make sure our bookings for the restaurants were linked with the 3 other couples in our group. There they told us we had to go to Guest Services. After waiting about a half hour in line we were told that we needed to go to the Butchers Cut restaurant to make sure we were linked. So, I proceeded to Butchers Cut where then I was told to go to Ocean Cay and someone there would be able to help. Upon going back downstairs to Ocean Cay I sat and waited in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes. Just when I got up to leave someone came in and finally got me help. Even though I booked these on line and scheduled all of them for 6:30, they didn't have our booking at Ocean Cay and the Asian restaurant was booked for 8:30 instead of 6:30. Read more
