The good, the bad and the ugly. I’m not a fan of this ship’s design. The centrum design lacks functionality. It doesn’t offer enough room for large crowds to enjoy the entertainment and it acts as a chimney for cigarette smoke to travel up to the upper floors and hallways. We were in a suite on floor 10, 5 floors above the casino, we could smell smoke just outside our room in the hallway. Park West, the art auction company that contracts with cruise ships, BEWARE!!!! They overcharge for their artwork and make false claims. Check them out on the internet and research before buying anything! RCI gets a percentage of everything sold onboard. The service on this voyage was excellent! The food on this voyage was average to slightly above average. They served Basa, Tilapia and several other substandard fish. The beef on the ship was all excellent! The noise in our suite from above was very loud. The entertainment was very good too. The itinerary was also very good. Do your research before booking any cruise and also read reviews so you don’t have any unexpected surprises!

Drawers were falling apart. Very loud noises coming from restaurant above cabin. Great location!
