Let me first start off by saying we departed the port 3hrs late!!! I already had reservations when arriving at the port because the boat was smaller and looked older. The boat’s stops were Amber Cove and Grand Turk. As we were attempting to leave the port someone had a medical emergency (I had no problem with that but will explain my frustration). We set sail on Sat and were at sea on Sun. Saturday and Sunday the boat was very rocky. There were alot of people becoming ill because of it, me being one of them. I even had sea bands on and I still was ill. We were told middle of the day that our 1st stop to Amber Cove was not going to happen. The reason being 1) We were delayed leaving the port by 3 hrs 2) they stated the boat was having mechanical issues which resulted in the boat not reaching optimum speed and 3)they mentioned that when we left the port there was a medical emergency and they had to turn around to let the passengers off(which I felt that didn’t have a huge factor in the delay because when it happened we were floating away from the dock to pull off so there was no turning around because we didnt get anywhere). We were suppose to spend a whole day at Amber Cove So not only is this boat constantly rocking but now we’re not going to Amber Cove(which I was excited about). We were only given a credit of $50. Everyone on the boat I had interactions with were pissed even myself because we all felt like more should have been refunded more than $50. So now we are having to spend another day on the “rocky boat”. My personal opinion I feel like they knew before we got on the boat that they were having issues. On a lighter note though the dining staff were PHENOMENAL!!! Wilfredo and Chui were amazing! Even down to our room attendant Made. You could tell the staff were genuine. They were always smiling, friendly and personable. You could tell they were all about their guests and wanted us to enjoy our vacation. The boat is being dry docked to have work done and hopefully when that’s done the experience will be better for future cruisers. By the way Grand Turk was beautiful with pretty clear waters. It was very relaxing. I did not do any excursions but heard nothing but great things.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

The cabin was kept very clean and the beds were super comfortable.
