Embarking was a breeze they had it all together but disembarking was a HOT MESS one of the links wasnt working so everyone had to pour out of 1 door.

The boat is new and clean - the observation room is AWESOME and I liked H20 the adults only area - except no one enforced "adults only" and even with a sign people brought their kids to the adults only area until someone would complain and they would be asked to leave.

Food - is standard for Norwegian - they have a TON of specialty restaurants and 3 dining rooms included - they all have the same menu each night (except for the buffet - and 24 hour local) -- We found that the menu they posted on the board where you could make a reservation was not always updated & were disappointed a few times when we got the actual menu but overall the food is good and anyone can find something they enjoy -

Cabin Review

Family Oceanview with Large Picture Window

The cabin was perfect for our needs- the room was large and clean - having a tub was a plus - it was the largest bathroom I've seen on a cruise. Our steward was not so great - he didnt take old glasses and we didnt see ONE towel animal the entire cruise which surprised me since we were in a family room

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

We live in NJ -- we visit NY all the time no excursions were needed

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We rented a car ourselves at the pier & drove ourselves to NASA & for an airboat ride - we had a great time- there was enough time to do everything we wanted

Great Stirrup Cay

We did disembark and go to the island - YOU NEED to reserve your tender if you want off the boat before 2pm - They had issues with the tenders and even though were suppossed to be on a 10am we didnt get to the island until Noon - There was plenty of seats, chairs, food & drink - the water is very nice but the "snorkeling" was subpar - they are suppossed to have things set up that attract the fish we saw NOTHING

Nassau

We ventured out on our own - We walked to the Queen Staircase - it as an easy walk from the Pier and then we took a bus to the distillary (all up hill) & walked to the chocolate factory and back down to the pier from there -- Nassau was nice & the locals were very helpful and friendly
