Sail Date: Jan 2020
Cabin: Ocean View Balcony

We sailed January 20th on a 10 day southern Caribbean cruise with stops in Costa Rico,Colon.Panama,Cartagena, Aruba, Curacao but missed Costa Rico due to medical emergency. This was one of my most enjoyable trips getting to experience the Panama Canal locks, carriage ride through old Cartagena, quiet shopping day plus lunch at Lucy’s in Aruba then relaxing day in Curacao.

We stayed in a balcony cabin room 7058 and found it quite small with two people separated beds. The refrigerator was not able to open door and space to balcony tight. When we sail on Serenade next time will be junior suite.

We found the dining room staff and food to be very good. If we needed something not on menu they tried to accommodate our request.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Our room was small for two people if separated beds. The refrigerator was unusable because bed was in the way. The walkway to balcony was very tight so was inconvenient. I hadn’t experienced this before in a balcony room so maybe the category. I would next time try a different category or move to junior suite if traveling with need of separating the beds.
