We received a good deal for the cruise and it was an opportunity to be in warm weather during the winter. We were not impressed with the overall appearance and feel of the ship. It was much too large for our taste, however some may like very large ships. The ratio of staff to guest was much too low in all areas except the dining room. It took forever to get bar service at the pools and most times in the Market place. In addition, we rarely saw our cabin person due to the fact that he was overworked. He did however clean our cabin very nicely.

The food was mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but I had high expectations with an Italian ship. The pizza was excellent.

The ship was very clean and staff took the current Corona Virus situation very seriously. Opportunities to sanitize your hands were readily available particularly in the dining areas. Read more
