Excellent service and food. Although the ship was sold out, we never felt crowded. There was always a place to sit and relax or read. During the evening there was always a live entertainment in the Living Room. With the main, buffet, and specialty restaurants, we never had to wait more than a few minutes. We had meals in each restaurant and never felt rushed to leave.

We especially like the No Photographers running around taking pictures and wanting to sell you them. There shopping on-board was perfect and did not feel like another "profit center". The no-charge water and soda is a nice touch.

The Viking Star's staff was wonderful. Service was always prompt and served with a smile.

Cabin Review

Modern cabin with more storage. Viking knows how to efficiently use the cabin space. Cabin steward was excellent. We especially liked the heated bathroom floors. The lighted make-up mirror was another nice amenity.
