Just returned from this cruise. It was terrible. It should have been cancelled but NCL put greed first. They put us at risk of Coronavirus by allowing people on board who may have it. Only allowed to dock at 2 of the 7 ports on the itinerary. Spent 6 days at sea. Also 1 of the 2 ports was Sihanoukville in Cambodia. Nobody would ever want to go there on vacation... absolutely filthy. Only reason for going is the NCL can charge 89 dollars per person for a Visa that actually costs 30 dollars. Would never travel with NCL again. After 1000 person petition asking for more than the 10% refund offered, we received a standardised letter a week later. If anything goes wrong on an NCL cruise don’t expect any help at all. All NCL want to do is blame Vietnam for not allowing us in. Surely when Vietnam declared an epidemic at the beginning of February, NCL should have cancelled this cruise

Average. Clean and tidy but no little extras like towel folding etc
