Cabin: Ocean View

We had room 3512 which is an ocean view. It turned out to be two portholes. The room was OK but very noisy. At night you could here the main theater even though we were on deck 3 and it was on deck 5. Every morning we were at a port the noise in the morning was crazy. Thrusters and anchor. Our cabin steward was excellent. Walls were very thin.

Overall the service on the ship was excellent. Great bar service. Great entertainment. Windjammer service was also above average.

Our big disappointment was the food. Dinner was really hit and miss. A few nights were great and a few others left us going to the Windjammer after our formal dinner because we were still hungry. We are older (late 50's) so we do not need large portions. But the portions on this ship were ridiculous. We ate in the main dining room for breakfast one day. My wife ordered a "side" of corned beef hash. It came in a ramekin that was the size you use for ketchup. We had a back to back lunch. Which was nice. They had "shareable" items. Much like Chops. We ordered the asparagus. It was 4 small pieces. So we each had two slivers of asparagus. now we joke when we see 4 pieces of asparagus. "That is a shareable".

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Very loud. Thin walls. Would not pick this cabin again.
