Not what it's advertised to be. At sea days, very poor shipboard activities. They exist, but are short. When you are so bored you find yourself in the library playing checkers, there is a problem. Although many of the staff members were wonderful, there were also rude, arrogant and outright nasty crew members as well. I have been on three different cruise lines and this one by far was the most boring with the worst staff.

Our room had the bed made each day, but on a 10 day cruise you shouldn't have to ask to get your sheets changed and bathroom actually cleaned! Rude pool people telling us to instruct our cabin crew to not take towels out of the room, that it was OUR fault they would charge us $25 per towel!

Bad service in restaurants - 45 minutes to get a soda!! A paid dinner show, completely falsely advertised!! Free shows were all amazing, but the cruise line didn't care how bad the dinner show was and refused to refund our money - even though we couldn't eat the food! No menu to even see, and served food we couldn't eat. Read more
