We normally cruise on Celebrity .We wanted to try an Oceania Cruise and the price was right. The cruise was disappointing .The ship was very small. You felt the ocean and every movement . There was not much to do. We are used to a much bigger ship with more activities. Oceania hypes the food as the best at sea, I did not find that to be the case. One night in the main dining room we had to wait a long time for our dinner to be served. We were told there was a problem in the kitchen. We had ordered rack of lamb. When the food did come all four of us found it to be inedible. It was tough and tasted awful. They took our cabin numbers and we were told it would be taken care of. For all of that we were sent a bottle of wine. Pastries and cookies were awful, I was told this is how they bake there goods.

There were some good points . Cabin was small but very nice. Excellent bedding and pillows. The bathroom was small , but it served its purpose. The shower was very small, if you dropped something you couldn't turn around to bend down and get it. The staff and service was excellent. Room steward was outstanding. The entertainment was what we expected on this small a ship, very low key. The entertainment staff and the band were very good.

I would not cruise Oceania again. Celebrity cruises was as good or better, but we gave it a try.
