There were no outstanding anything on this cruise, as a matter of fact, we have decided to avoid cruising with RCI in the future. Starting with embarkation when we arrived on assigned time and were standing in line for over an hour; getting to the room which was dirty, had no tv remote, no ice, no glasses, no menus, no toiletries, and was never vacuumed or cleaned properly. It took asking multiple times to get anything from the room attendant and the beds were only made twice in 4 days, she could not accommodate the times when we were out of the room to clean it, it has not been vacuumed in 4 days, we finally got glasses on day 3, and bed was terrible, the mattress was lumpy with a deep in the middle, balcony was dirty. The service was very lacking in every public area, except for drinks, you were asked multiple times if you want to purchase drinks. The food was mediocre, tasteless, limited selection in the MDR; there was no service whatsoever in Windjammer, one time during the four days one person asked if we wanted something to drink, the rest of the time we were completely ignored. All entertainment options were for sale only, free entertainment included DJ on promenade, 70th disco, Caribbean and Latin band, Grease musical, and few stand up comedians, disco floor was jammed packed, there was no standing room there, shops were half empty, lines everywhere, people everywhere, kids were everywhere, no room on pool decks. and at the end the total disaster of the disembarkation that took over an hour and a half standing in line just to get off the ship.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin location is very good on the ship, it is the cabin with larger balcony that stands out furthest on the side so it is very private, as no one can peak inside. However, it is dirty, mattress is terrible and I would not recommend this cabin or this ship.
