Carnival Imagination was a great experience for a first time cruise. They have amazing service and the place was always so clean. The buffet had so many options for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The pride restaurant was a wonderful experience especially for valentines. I recommend having all your dinners there. There was plenty of activities to do on the boat but of course many things cost extra money. They have an arcade, miniature golf, water slides, a library with games, and much more.You can not pay anything in cash so everything gets charged to your cabin. The casino however is the only place you can use cash to gamble which is nice. Be sure to check out all of their activities because they give out prizes and raffle great things. If you are without kids the serenity room which is hidden in the back of Xanadu Lounge, a great gem. My only complaint is that i bought a Happy Anniversary cake from the fun shop. In all the pictures it shows a beautiful heart shaped cake with the words spelled out. When i saw my cake it was round and only had to letters HA, I complained to several people and no one showed any interest in helping me out. It was delicious but very disappointing. In all reviews everyone seems to have had the cake i wanted, my cake was very lazy and guest services was rude because i complained. I would go again but i will never order anything from the fun shop again. And at the end of the trip they charge us 40 bucks each for gratuity so keep in mind this is not included in the ticket pricing.
