Family cruise for Christmas vacation. We had four cabins and eleven family members. Eight adults and three children. Cabin service was not up to standard. We came back from a beach excursion with wet towels. We all took showers and went to dinner. When we came back to our room after dinner, the room was not straightened and all of our wet towels were still sitting on the bathroom floor. I called for room service and the attendant was put out that we had bothered him. He said they were all done with our areas. We have been on over 25 cruises and on several different lines and never had this type of service before.

Food variety was very poor. One night I had their Southern fried chicken and it was hard as a rock. Another night my husband and myself ate alone and we sat there for over 15 minutes without anyone waiting on us. I finally had to call a waiter over and ask him to help us.
