Due to illness the ship made it to where you couldn’t service your self, so eating anywhere was a headache. The ship wouldn’t disclose if someone was ill just saying it was precautionary. For this being a large ship everything sold out quickly, they weren’t stocked enough. Shows said sold out but then almost half was empty! Same with restaurants. Last year 2019 we went on the Jade which is half the size had a much better time and experience. One thing I always looked forward to is the towel animals they leave on your bed.. nope not one for 7 day cruise!! Total disappointment! As for the special restaurants we did Cagney twice first time was terrible second time was much better with better service! The attitude of the service was horrible they weren’t smiling or even nice, seems like they was tired and didn’t want to help! Our flights were a total joke! Coming to New Orleans we didn’t get in till after 8pm and going home they didn’t give us flights till 540! So here we sit all day in an airport! All on top of I paid extra to come a day early to be able to hang out in New Orleans and we had enough time to eat dinner and back to hotel to sleep to board the next day! I don’t think we will book again with NCL after this joke of a vacation! Oh and to be upgraded to mini suite total disappointment as it’s no larger than a balcony room we had on the Jade! Outside activities weren’t open all the time!
