We chose Viking because of the small size of the ship and the ship was new. We also like Viking’s attention to service - which was great and the itinerary was very appealing to us. We like the all inclusive qualities that Viking offers. For example, a shore excursion was included at every port and beer and wine were included at lunch and dinner. There were very few things that were extra and required an additional cost! We enjoyed the entertainment every evening and the shore talks were always very informative.

The food was delicious and we always had a good variety to chose from. We also liked the portions that were served. They were moderate so we did not feel that we were being wasteful.

Because of the size of the ship, it always felt very cozy. There were so many places we could relax and talk or read a book - and still enjoy the beauty of the water. The pool area was exceptional as well - with a retracting roof so we could enjoy the sunshine on the warmer days in port.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was spacious and immaculate. It had everything we needed and lots of room to relax. We had a king size bed and a couch and a chair - so when friends came to visit, we had plenty of room to relax and talk. We also had lots of storage space so the cabin was always tidy because there was storage space for all of our personal items.
