We were on back to back. the first week we were in a two bedroom Haven Suite. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Food and service in The Haven is excellent.

Only suggestions, the Haven pool is not heated and was not used all week. The Haven observation lounge does not have a bar in it and was seldom used.

Second week, not so great. Haven was booked so we had a mini suite on deck 13. This cruise had a large group onboard that booked the Bistro for the entire week. Not exactly fair to the other passengers. Was told by staff that approximately 700 children were onboard, my observation was that many were unsupervised, allowed to run around the ship, down hallways until well after midnight. I even saw a group playing dodgeball in the elevator landing area on deck 14. Read more
