The cabin bathroom was filthy! Black mold in shower and the sinks faucet was caked in grime. Trying to reach customer service desk via phone was impossible it either rang forever or you would get caught in a automated loop. Complementary food was tasteless, their promenade café only served pizza and cheap sandwiches. The windjammer cafe was closed was too much, and the food selection subpar. The coffee bitter and they never had the creamers marked correctly. The cost of drinks were way over priced. The entertainment was B league at best they played movies on the pool deck which was impossible to watch during the day because of sun, the audio was choppy.I honestly don’t know why they couldn’t have played then In the theater. Over all it was dreadful I would not wish Royal Caribbean on my worst enemy. I will never sail Royal Caribbean again!!
