If you enjoy the outdoors, the ports on this cruise won’t disappoint.

My husband and I hiked, rode bikes, climbed waterfalls, in short, took advantage of the landscapes offered in Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Norway. We planned most of our own shore excursions by ourselves or with a small group. We both hate large coach tours, so most shore excursions offered by Viking were not an option.

The 4:00 pm embarkation time for most ports is slightly problematic. Even one more hour would be an improvement.

Cabin Review

The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Was dissatisfied with the distance between the wall and the bed.

The closet and storage is minimal. The closet is difficult to open, due to lack of room between bed and doors.

The bathroom is spacious and well payed out. Very nice.

The balcony was very adequate. Enjoyed sitting outside.
