Before we embarked MSC and Bok radio knew we would not leave the port yet they kept us hoping. Luggauge was lost no toilet paper in rooms. Our Dining times was changed without notifying us. Now you offer us $25 to spend on the ship per cabinr that costed us R21 000.00 without the drinks. . Food was almost the same everyday. Bar and restaurant staff rude and unhelpful all drinks was served in paper cups. The staff on certain levels was not able to assist us if we wanted to know something or even if we just asked a normal question they would just say we don't now. Never again. We hope that this problem would kindly be sorted out and that we would be rectified for all the inconviences. We came here to have fun and we did not experience any of that we can't even recommend this cruise liner to anybody
