I was looking for a cruise that would provide an overview of a number of countries on the Mediterranean and this cruise fit the bill. Traveled to Spain, France, Italy, Greece, and Croatia. The tours that were provided were excellent. The guides were very knowledgeable, explaining the history, culture, and architecture of each city.

The ship was amazing. There were great restaurants featuring a wide variety of food, something for everyone. There were places to relax, places to have conversations, places to view the scenery, places to get away from it all. The crew members were the best part, I think. They were not only pleasant but warm and friendly. Our stewards stopped by our cabin on the first day to introduce themselves and we met them in the morning every day on our way out.

The cabins were efficiently designed and the veranda was a real plus. We had everything that we needed including a desk with a mini-fridge drawer that could chill two bottles of wine. The bathroom was luxurious with warm fluffy towels and storage shelves for all of our personal care items.

Cabin Review

The cabins were efficiently designed and very comfortable. The veranda was a real plus as I could step outside and catch a sunrise or glimpse far-off islands. The bathroom was very luxurious and had the best towels. The room was large enough to accommodate our traveling companions.

Port Reviews

Rome (Civitavecchia)

After seeing the sights, we had time to explore on our own and went to see Trevi Fountain. Well worth it.

Marseille

Nice overview of the city with time to explore on our own. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Barcelona

Nice overview of the city and its architecture and history. Well worth it.

Corfu

The day we visited Corfu was a national holiday so we were treated to parades and music.

Dubrovnik

I really enjoyed Old Town Dubrovnik. So much to see!

Venice

Went into Venice on our own using public transportation. The boat that took us to St. Mark's went past a a number of landmarks which I recognized. Finally exited the boat at St. Mark's and explored the area. Had a good time.
