Service was excellent ,internet worked well ,enrichment programs were good. loved the spa
Manfredi"s was excellent did not go to the chefs table it is a set menu & my husband didn't care for their choices
Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly including at the port stops

tour guide was not very good , this was a walking tour only went a few blocks because a lot of the people couldnt go any further. i'm not sure what part of walking some didnt understand.
