We are frequent cruisers but had not cruised on NCL for 10 years. This cruise on the Sun was a very pleasant surprise. The ship is in great shape - all the money spent in renovations during dry dock really shows! The food was very good in all the venues we tried. The food and service was excellent in the Seven Seas MDR. Norwegian is a much more relaxed "freestyle" experience and we enjoyed that after cruising on other lines not quite so relaxed.
There were many, many activities available during the day and night with a good amount of live music around the pool, in the atrium, in the Bliss Lounge and sometimes in the Spinnaker Lounge on deck 12. My husband and I are dancers - social ballroom, country and western, Carolina Shag - and none of the venues had great dance floors.
The production shows were good. The performers were very young with LOTS of energy in their routines! The comedian and magician were pretty bad.

Aft-Facing Mini-Suite
This cabin was great! It was quite large and the bathroom was fantastic. The large aft balcony was really nice with a great view. One negative note - this room is above the theater so there is noise during preformances and practicing.
