We chose this cruise as an escape from the normal christmas.
Embarkation was very quick.
Our balcony cabin was nice the bed very comfortable, bathroom a bit smaller than other princess ships. and we were upgraded from an obstructed view to a clear view near the back on deck 12.
Our Steward Marvin kept our room very clean nothing was to much trouble.
We were on this cruise with our in-laws usually we are linked so our cabins are close .This time we were on a different deck and although we were on the same side their balcony cabin was almost at the front. With such a big ship we certainly got our steps up unless we pre arranged where to meet.
The theatre performances were the best we have seen on any cruises even previous princess cruises. The market place was very disappointing Couldn’t get any hot vegetables with roast meats until the second to last day of the cruise.
The exception was the seafood feast on Christmas Day and the deserts were amassing.
We payed the $299 for myself and my husband, probably should have just payed for myself as the first and last day of the cruise we didn,t get to use it and it was hard to fit it in when going on tours.Really missed being able to walk around the deck(no promenade.
Nice cabin.Lovely comfortable bed.Bathroom a bit smaller than other princess ships that we’ve been on.decor very nice.I think it should have had another chair most pictures of the balcony cabins show a desk chair and a chair with arms.
