Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. No lines to stand in, was great. On arrival we were met with a glass of champagne and and escorted to our room. Our butler Terrance was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. We had dinner in our room on a few occasions and the menu to chose from was very varied. Our room attendant Baby Vipin always kept our room spotless. I can not complain about the food at all. The waiters were always polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. A special thankyou to the staff at The Grill who always made us laugh and whom we could joke with. Mind you the staff every where were great. There were no public rooms that were ever crowded and you always greeted with smiles. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On one occasion only i did not like a particular red wine. It was replaced with a different one to our liking. We have been on a few cruises but i have to admit this cruise line stands above them all. It has spoilt us now that we will only sail with them again. A BIG thank you to them all. LOVED IT
