Overall, I felt like this was a great itinerary. I wish it wouldn't have started with 2 days at sea but it turned out to be good. The kids club and staff were amazing! We were so impressed with them! The service in the main dining rooms were horrendous. They had better servers in O'Sheehan's. The embarkation and disembarkation were smooth. The entertainment on the ship was pretty good. The comedians were so-so. The dueling pianos were awesome as was the Syd Norman's pourhouse band. They had Monday night football on the tv's in the bar as well as the rooms which was awesome because my team was playing. We had a drink package with the free-at-sea promo which I think most people did but the bars were generally very busy and hard to get service. There were a few times when bartendars took my card and never made the drink. Then they start making drinks for others. The Spice H2O adults area was very nice. A little cramped on the second sea day but at least you could find a lounger. They water slides and rope course were the kids favorite things to do. I will state it again and tell you that the kids programs were fantastic. They seemed to have a lot of fun themes and my boys really enjoyed it. The buffet was always pretty busy but they usually had food and did a good job keeping it clean. Never ate at Margaritaville because it was never open. Did eat at Cagney's Steakhouse and had tremendous service and the food was pretty good. I had the ribeye and though it was cooked perfectly it had way too much pepper on it.
