Sail Date: Dec 2019
Cabin: Ocean View Balcony

Biggest factor was price balcony cabin for under 2000. Most of the crew acted like this was their first cruise inefficient and slow and many mistakes. Music was the wrong era for the age group on the ship. Shows were not that good most people walked out on Absolute Journey they were terrible. Both Comics were good and Finis ? was great. I could not get over on one show night they showed a movie no live show not even a bad one. Tendered into Cozumel never have before a real mess took over an hour to go 2 miles from ship to dock. Only one crew member scanning sail pass disembarking and embarking took forever line kept backing up on tender and had to stop to let them catch up. Waiters got the dinner order wrong several times. Family in the cabin above me must have been dribbling bowling balls complained but got no relief. Cabin 9240 Only crew member that was efficient was our room steward very good. During announcements in the public area the music was not shut off during so could not be heard. Had purchased the Key was supposed to get priority service. During the checkin we were told because of the Key our room would be ready as soon as we boarded not true all the room corridors locked down. Didn't need VIP treatment during shows room not full. Priority disembark was told to go to Main dining and wait to be led off during the hour and half wait I asked several crew members if we were going off first and they said yes would be shortly as we watched lines of people leaving the ship finally I found an officer to complain to and he led us to ramp only an hour late so another untruth.
