They don't have a big dining areas like on Royal Caribbean were every night you have a assigned table where you eat with the same people plus they have a lobster night. And you guys done away with it The girl told us you did it as a cost thing. I thought your buffet was like the same stuff. I did like their eggs benedict when they didn't run out of it . Also when to their steak house which it was not that great we were told that it was packed an we could not get in until 8.45 but II kept checking back and we got in at 7..pm and the place was half empty. Same thing happened at the Italian restaurant and we got in early an it was not full and there antipasto salad was a joke go to New York and they would laugh at it had no lettuce plus only one cheese. The lobster ravioli appetizer was great. Drink program was good and the bartenders on deck 13 were good. Plus no college football on Saturday. And our room guy was good. Very disappointing was the Belize trip you pull in to Norwegian mall not the town and the same thing in Mexico I never heard so many people say that they would never use this company again its something you don't want to hear. And this was on the Pearl Dec. 4th thru Dec 9th 2019 was not a good birthday present that wife worked hard to pay for. Also your management people for the biggest part were very rude to people. For the right amount money I would be glad to show them how to make the customer happy. I have been in management 39 years.
