Terrible on almost all counts:

Food: Main dinning room is horribly overcrowded, making it difficult, if not impossible to move around. The food is mediocre at best. The Windjammer buffet is actually better than the main dinning room, but just barely. Staff and servers are completely indifferent, with very few exceptions. Unlike every cruise I've ever taken, food was sparce. The buffet, which on other ships is open into the wee hours, closes at 9pm. After that, if you want food, you can get pizza at Sorrento's (if you're willing to wait on a ling line), or coffee at the Promenade Cafe.

Entertainment: The main show (Grease) was excellent, as was the comedian. Everything else was amateurish, especially the "game shows" where it was obvious the staff was completely untrained.
