The boat itself was beautiful and well kept. However, the service is one of the worst. The staff all seemed new and unfamiliar with the boat. They were not very attentive. The bartenders took forever to get drinks or even placing an order. The food servers were very cold and short. I couldn't book the activities I wanted due to lack of enough showings. The worst was a "surprise" tender. In the worst conditions I've ever experienced. They didn't even offer to reimburse our port fees since we DID NOT port. The food was horrible.
The buffet was one of the worst tasting I've ever had. It lacked seasoning but made up in presentation. The other freestyle restaurants were almost always busy and limited when you could eat there. The Illusionarium was the best meal by far, which could be why we had to pay for it.
The excursions were limited but definitely find adventures to get into. The Monkeys in Honduras was a once in the lifetime opportunity.
The cabin itself was nice and large. The Steward was never available but my room was always clean.
They entire excursion is rushed. We only had one hour to see the ruins and couldn't even take in the moment
This by far was the best of my trip. The people of Roatan were amazing
It was an amazing and very educational tour. We learned so much about the history of New Orleans
